What's this "CEO of ME, Inc." methodology about?
With over 28 years of recruiting, human resources and staffing experience, Empowering Today's Professionals founder, Rod Colon, identified a global corporate paradigm shift towards the end of the 20th century.  Since the end of the 80s company board of directors guided Chief Executive Officers to encourage employees to unknowingly self manage their careers.  This was accomplished through a stealth process of companies being more profitable by doing more with less (human resources). It wasn't personal.  It was a business decision.  Many people have been blind sided by this corporate paradigm shift.  Remember the dotcom bubble burst in the mid 90s?

 The days of working 20 years or more at a company are long gone.  These days, 2 years of working at a company is a life time.
